The house is in the moorish quarter Oliva's old town - the 'Raval'. Within
a couple of hundred metres from the house, around the church square there
is a grocery, a bakers, a butchers and a couple of bars.
The house is five minutes walk from the modern part of Oliva and local amenities
such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, the health centre, schools,
parks, the post office and banks.
Oliva's unspoilt sandy beaches are 5 minutes drive away. The beach can also be easily reached, within 10 minutes, on bicycle via cycle paths or a 25 minute stroll through the orange groves. The Oliva Nova golf course is within a 10 minute drive.
Via the Mediterranean coastal motorway, Oliva is only 45 minutes from Valencia to the north and an hour from Alicante to the south.
